Bridget
Hogg is Principal Consultant at HR Development at Work. She
is an Organisation Development Consultant. Bridget set up HR
Development at Work in the UK in 1994, and in Adelaide in 2002.
Consultants
HR Development at Work works with other professionals to ensure
a specialist service in change management, organisation development,
assessment, development, surveys and coaching. We have associate
consultants who specialise in market research, psychometric
testing, bullying at work, counselling, rehabilitation, and

Qualifications
Bridget holds professional management (Postgraduate Certificate,
Open University) and marketing qualifications (UK Chartered
Institute of Marketing's Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing).
She holds two psychology degrees (BSc and MSc), and the Nationally
Accredited Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
She is also a Certified NLP Practitioner.
Memberships
Bridget is a member of the
Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), and is a Fellow
of the Governors Leadership Foundation Program. Bridget is Convenor
of Adelaide's special interest group in recruitment and retention
- assisting HR Managers, businesses and recruiters to gain access
to best practice in recruitment and retention.
